Fictor Alimentos acquires Mellore production unit in Betim for R$ 30.4 million

A Fictor Foods S.A. announced the acquisition of an Isolated Production Unit (UPI) from Mellore Alimentos Ltda., located in Betim (MG), for R$ 30,449,684.80. The operation, approved as part of Mellore's judicial recovery process and ratified by the judicial administrator, reinforces Fictor Alimentos' inorganic growth strategy, publicly traded company with fstrong national performance in the sprocessed food industry. Founded in São Paulo, the buyer is a benchmark in food production and distribution, with a consolidated presence in different regions of Brazil and international markets, aiming to expand its production capacity and geographical reach.
